Our wonderful designer, Tara, has created the cutest card! Tara says: “I used a Hero Arts heart infinity die to cut through all three pieces of my card front. On the back side of the card front, I put down some ATG strips and some Perfect Paper Adhesive and placed a piece of tulle on top. I allowed that to completely dry before putting a few embellishments from 28 Lilac Lane Hello Cupcake kit (LL101).
