Tara says: “This shaker card was created by drawing a rectangle in Silhouette Studio and centering onto a piece of cardstock to create the opening. I hand-stitched around the frame that holds my shaker. I cut a page protector down to make my shaker and used my Fuse tool to seal it. On the back side of the card front, I put down some ATG strips and some Perfect Paper Adhesive and placed a piece of tulle on top.
