MINI Tutorial: Border Shaker Element DIY Scrapbook Layout

Our designer Tara O’Rourke comes up with the most creative and beautiful scrapbook layouts!

Tara says: “I created a large shaker element for the border of this layout. I fell in love with the 28 Lilac Lane Glittering Stars mix (LL541). I wanted to use this with a photo of my daughter and husband taken on her 16th birthday. I also added some shimmering pearl flat backs and a charm from the 28 Lilac Lane Hello, Cupcake kit (LL101).”
